How do I Cancel My Subscription?

Please be aware that all subscriptions remain active until the next billing period. In other words, we won't cut you off from the service you have already paid for.

Don't forget to remove the DNS from your device once the subscription has run out. Otherwise, you will get errors when connecting to the services we support.

If you wish to stop using Unlocator, you simply have to delete the VPN app or remove our DNS from your device by reversing the setup process you used to start with.

Kindly follow these steps:

Log in to your account
Go to Billing
Under Your Active Subscriptions find your subscription. Under "Auto Renewal" click on Stop.
In the popup, click on "Click Here" at the bottom of the page, then click on "Stop Subscription"
