I'm at a Hotel and I can't get Unlocator to Work

Many hotels use what is know as DNS hijacking. As a result you might not be able to use Unlocator Smart DNS. Instead switch to our VPN as it will encrypt your data connection and allow you to bypass any restrictions. In general it's recommended to use VPN when connected to public WIFI such as hotel networks. 

We have dedicated VPN apps available for IOS, Android, Mac and Windows. However, you can manually install the VPN on any device that supports VPN. 

If your subscription does not include VPN you will need to upgrade your Unlocator subscription.
