Whole Home Systems issue

Mesh WiFi or Whole Home WiFi Systems consists of the main router that connects directly to your modem, and a series of satellite modules, or nodes, placed around your house for full WiFi coverage. They are all part of a single wireless network and share the same SSID and password, unlike traditional WiFi routers.

However, Mesh systems send requests randomly from your Wifi nodes, therefore, it may bypass Unlocator's DNS configured on your router.

We do support using all kinds of routers that have the option to change the DNS, however, we do not support using those routers in a Mesh Wifi system.

Keep in mind that you can still set up our Smart DNS directly on your devices to benefit from our service without going through the router setup.
