Failed Payment

If you are having trouble making the payment for your subscription here are some things to try.

  1. Try a different card or payment option. Supported options are all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal
  2. Please get in touch with your bank. A simple phone call will often clear things up.
  3. Does the card have enough funds?
  4. You’ve reached your withdrawal limit?
  5. Did your card expire?
  6. Your bank was suspicious of the transaction?
