If you are having trouble making the payment for your subscription here are some things to try.
- Try a different card or payment option. Supported options are all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal
- Please get in touch with your bank. A simple phone call will often clear things up.
- Does the card have enough funds?
- You’ve reached your withdrawal limit?
- Did your card expire?
- Your bank was suspicious of the transaction?
