In this guide, we will give you a quick rundown of Unlocator.

Unlocator consists of two services: VPN and Smart DNS. Although the two services overlap in some areas they both have their unique purpose and benefits.

VPN

VPN is the tool with the most benefits. You can use the VPN apps to connect to various locations around the world. By doing so you encrypt your data connection and prevent bad guys from accessing your connection. Our VPN has a special feature called Unlocator Hybrid. This allows you to use all the streaming services supported by our Smart DNS simply by connecting to any of our VPN servers.

Smart DNS

This part of the service is used only for bypassing geo-restrictions from streaming services.

Unlike VPN there is no software to install. As a result, the Smart DNS service works on a long-range of devices. The list of streaming services that are supported can be found here.
