This guide was provided by a helpfull user. We don't provide support for this setup.
On the Roku3 box go to network settings and determine the IP address. (Note, the Roku3 box does not allow static IP. Therefore the settings here will have an affect until the Roku box gets a new IP address)
Within the EE Router, go to Advanced Settings -> Firewall -> Access Control.
Create a new Device Filtering Rule for the IP used by Roku3 to block DNS (UDP Port 53).
