Block Google DNS on Dishworld App

The latest update to the Dishworld desktop app introduces hardcoded DNS entries in the app. As a result the app will ignore the Unlocator DNS servers and instead use Google’s DNS.


You can force the app to use the Unlocator DNS again by blocking access to the Google DNS on your router. Not all routers support this but we have collected a list of guides here.


Important: You need to block both 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
